Sigh Where does time go

Sigh... I know its a cliché but where does the time go.  I can't believe that my little girl is growing up.  I was scrapbooking on a retreat and brought some pictures that were three years old and I got a bit misty eyed when I saw the pictures.  They are growing up so fast, and the little girl in this picture is a lot bigger and a lot cuter (okay I may be biased on that one).

Supplies used: Simple Stories I am, American Crafts Cardstock, Doiley, Foil Paper, Sizzix dies

Quick and Easy Mini Album

I just wanted to share a quick and easy mini album I figured out how to make. A friend brought one to a crop but couldn't remember how to make it so once I had the pattern figured out I made one for myself. I think this is a nice one that would make a great gift and since it has pockets I put some photo mats in them and stamped a journal box on the other side and added some washi for a cute touch.

Growing in Unity Blog Hop

One of the privileges that come with being a Growing in Unity Girl is the opportunity to participate in blog hop with other Growing in Unity Girls.  We were asked to create a project using our favorite stamp.  Sheesh as if I had a favorite, that's like asking me to pick a favorite child.  One of my favorite sets that Unity sells in Phyllis Harris stamps so I decided to make a card with one of my newer sets I got for Christmas.  My daughter is getting a new more grown up bible and I thought this would be perfect to go with it.
