Are you ready for some football !

Here is a layout I did using My Minds Eye papers from the Little Miss Muffet line.  I am a huge Colts fan and both times I had a baby the Colts made it to the Super Bowl. I took pictures of us watching the game and of my son dressed in what I call the Super Bowl outfit (my daughter wore it when she was a baby).  Sadly they didn't win it the second time round but I got some cute pictures out of it.

Hot Chocolate !

I just got another order from Crop Chocolate in, and of course I went straight for my hot chocolate grab bag.  I think that it is my favorite part of my order, I always am amazed at what I get for $2.50.  This time I got:

Welcome to the World

I am such a lucky girl, my hubby let me have a scrapbook day at a friends house and I got to play with some new goodies from Crop Chocolate.  This is a picture of my son when he was born, and the caption below says "Welcome to the World"  I put his name and birth date on there but for I edited it out his sake (who wants their baby pictures all over the internet) .   The papers, and embellishments are from the MM Pitter Patter Oliver line.  I got all them at Crop Chocolate for a great price as usual.  I will do a tutorial on the stars soon so keep posted.

I adapted this from a tutorial I saw on Split Coast Stampers along time ago using a plastic easel picture frame.   I found the 4x6 size too small so I scoured for 5x7 frames and its works perfectly.  I take the 5x7 frame and put a piece of heavy card stock paper as the backing.  I created a calender in MS word and then printed it on business card templates and then added a spot for my family picture.  This one doesn't have a picture because its a teacher gift so I put double sided tape where the picture goes, but it holds a standard wallet size very nicely.  These always make great gifts, every time I give them I get a great response, people seem to really like them.
